All components of the Advanced Exit Planning Series program are delivered online via an education delivery platform. The training includes eight virtual calls where you will discuss concepts and case studies with other participants and fifteen modules that cover the following topics.

- Module 3: Cash Flow and Business Value
- Module 4: Growing Business Value
- Module 5: Developing Key Employees
- Module 6: Preparing for a Third-Party Sale
- Module 7: Third-Party Sale Transactions
- Module 8: Transferring Ownership to Insiders
- Module 9: Transferring Ownership in a Family Business
- Module 10: Selling to an ESOP
- Module 11: Business Continuity for Co-Owned Businesses
- Module 12: Business Continuity for Solely-Owned Businesses
- Module 13: Estate Planning Techniques for Business Clients
- Module 14: Personal Planning for Business Clients
- Module 15: Putting Together a Comprehensive Plan
Each module consists of components to review in order to demonstrate advanced Exit Planning knowledge. After completing the components for each module, you will be required to complete and pass a multiple choice exam covering the material presented.
